Equipped with a rotary pump the Technika V is a quiet performer and delivers a steady pressure for consistent results when brewing espresso. There is also the option to connect to the main water line or source water from the internal reservoir.

The PID control allows the home barista to set the ideal temperature for brewing and the displays temperature and a shot timer for data control. While the heat exchange system allows for simultaneous brewing and milk texturing.
