The Minimax, as standard, has a volumetric coffee control with semi-automatic over-ride,a thermo-syphon brewing system combined with reversed mounted heat exchange units and VBM patented E64 group heads. The standard horizontal static pre-infusion chamber is optioned with electronic pre-infusion aiding for precise control of extraction. |
